A 9 Day Plan Following 2 Weeks on the Fertility Reboot Diet

Days 1-3

All Raw Food

Vegetables, nuts, seeds, avocados, sprouts.

This will help optimize your liver function and help ease you into the juice cleanse with less reactions.

Days 4-6

Green Juice OR stay on raw foods

Juicing Recipe:

Celery 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 cups juice, Cucumber or zuchinni 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 cups juice, Greens (kale, bok choy, beet greens, etc) 1/2 - 1 cup juice, Parsley 1/2 cup juice, Cabbage 1 cup juice, Green apple (optional 1/2 cup juice per 32 ounces), Ginger & Lemon to taste, Cayenne (optional) to taste.

Beet: ok to add in small amount up to 1 small beet into the juice for a whole day.

Drink as much as you want. Feel free to make your own recipe, but no fruit because they spike up your blood sugar.

Days 7-9

All Raw Foods

Vegetables, nuts, seeds, avocados, sprouts

Final 3 days then back to the Fertility Reboot diet! Start with easy-to-digest foods such as tomatoes and greens. Avoid nuts & seeds until the 2nd day of this phase because they are harder to digest.
