Reconnecting to Your Feminine

Reconnecting with your feminine essence in the fertility journey is like tuning into the sacred rhythms of life. It opens a channel to intuition, nurturing, and inner wisdom. Embracing this energy can bring balance, reduce stress, and empower you to harmonize with the flow of fertility, creating a deeper and more spiritually fulfilling path to conception.

Tap into oxytocin

Arguably the most feminine hormone in our body! It feeds our “tend and befriend” physiology which keeps us in our feminine. Things that feed oxytocin include sensory acts like long hugs, full body dancing, smelling and tasting the food we’re cooking - heightening our sensory perceptions. This goes for men too!

Embrace Community

Make time for people who you feel nourished around. Women are community-centric so when we don't have that tribe of people around us, it can be harder to stay in our feminine energy. We must surround ourselves with other "like-minded" mindsets.

Seek Support

Ask for support and allow people to support you. Fertility journeys often come with ups and downs. Having a support system can help you navigate setbacks, cope with disappointment, and maintain a positive mindset. Support from friends, family, or a support group can provide a safe space to share feelings, reduce stress, and prevent isolation.

Connect to nature

Nature feeds all of our positive energy and has the ability to catalyze human energy in ways that we cannot replicate elsewhere. This is the power of taking life outside.... Negative ions in nature, specifically forests and near oceans have the most potent effect on the feminine. Recharge by putting your bare feet on the earth!

Making a Vision Board

A vision board is a powerful tool for setting and achieving your goals by providing clarity, motivation, and a constant reminder of what you're working towards.

How to make it:

  1. Get a big piece of paper/ poster/ cardboard

  2. Find inspiring images from magazines or the internet (Pinterest is a great tool)

  3. Focus on the main categories or themes you want to bring into your life

  4. Find images that relate to the FEELING you want to create

  5. Place it somewhere you will see it daily to remind you of your intention

Visualizations

Visualization is a mental technique that involves creating detailed mental images or scenarios in your mind. It's the process of imagining and mentally rehearsing specific situations, outcomes, or goals. Why do it? Because there is research suggesting that visualization techniques can positively impact various aspects of performance, motivation, and well-being. It enhances focus on what you desire clarifying goals, and activates the subconscious mind to help lead us to our desired outcomes. It also reinforces positive thinking patterns and reduces anxiety. Below are suggested steps for your visualizations. Spending a few minutes daily to do this can tremendously nourish your mindset.​

1. Focus on your desire

Start by defining a specific goal or outcome you want to achieve.

2. Create a mental image

Create a vivid mental image of yourself successfully achieving that goal. This image should be as detailed as possible, including sensory details like sights, sounds, smells, and feelings.

3. Mental rehearsal

Mentally rehearse this scenario in your mind repeatedly, as if you are experiencing it in real life. You imagine yourself taking the necessary actions, making the right decisions, and ultimately achieving the desired outcome.

As you mentally rehearse your success, focus on

experiencing the positive emotions associated with

achieving your goal, such as joy, satisfaction, or pride. This

helps reinforce your belief in your ability to achieve the goal.

Affirmations

Affirmations are positive statements or phrases that are repeated regularly with the

intention of instilling a specific belief or mindset. They can be a powerful tool for

personal growth and well-being. To maximize the effectiveness of affirmations, it's

essential to use present tense, be specific, repeat consistently, and believe what you

are saying and feel the associated positive emotions as you repeat them. Make up

whatever resonates with you. If you need some inspiration, try the ones below.

I release all fear and anxiety surrounding fertility.
