Cancellation Policy:

To respect everyone’s time, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed without notice—will incur a $150 fee. We retain a credit card number to hold your appointment slot. You will not be charged until the time of your visit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
