Mentally rehearse this scenario in your mind repeatedly, as if you are experiencing it in real life. You imagine yourself taking the necessary actions, making the right decisions, and ultimately achieving the desired outcome.

As you mentally rehearse your success, focus on experiencing the positive emotions associated with achieving your goal, such as joy, satisfaction, or pride. This helps reinforce your belief in your ability to achieve the goal.
